      Pros

      Syngenta has a great culture. The atmosphere is professional and business casual. The people are great to work with and respectful. The company is a solid performer and is continually improving and growing. I personally enjoy the chances we have to work with other cultures around the world. The main benefit to working here is that it is big enough to allow opportunities in many areas. When you want a change, you can move within the organization without losing benefits and starting over.

      Cons

      The global nature of the company is a great positive, but it also means you're not 100% on your own. Collaboration and teamwork are key to success.
