      Pros

      Wonderful people, very interesting projects, good flexibility and culture. People are all very helpful and the company culture makes it easy to jump into a new area or team and get up to speed.

      Cons

      Sometimes more bureaucracy and process than is necessary that can slow progress down and feel cumbersome. While some established process is good, there are times where the set model can feel restrictive.

      good benefits package, which included health insurance, 401K, pension, paid vacation.

      lots of internal politics that kept decisions from being made, slow approval processes, many layers of people involved in each project.
