      Pros

      Dynamic and friendly, environment that recognises that mistakes are part of the learning and that prone communication. No heavy structure and fear of taking initiatives. After a few experiences in companies with a heavy hierarchy, it is a relief and I am happy to be here. Employees are well considered too: teleworking is a practice, good pay, encouraged to learn.
