Business Outlook
Pros
It has a great work/life balance and people in general are very polite and understanding. It is a great company to acquire some experience in your area of expertise.
Cons
It does not have a clear north. Somewhere between the constant change of ownerships since the 90s and the constant acquisitions and mergers in all directions, Syngenta lost its north. It does not have a unique personality, as it mostly depends on the business unit and country you deal with. No internal collaboration and the worst thing is its global IT architecture chaos.
