      Pros

      Collaboration is encouraged. Culture is discussion and collective responsibility which is good. Local facilities are good, canteen is subsidised.

      Cons

      Over reliance on collaboration can mean it takes a long time for decisions to be made. Long hours are normal.

      Pros

      Good company to work and learn as provides a lot of challenges as well as international collaboration. Still quite dynamic, especially in sales units.

      Cons

      Overall processes and procedures become more and more complicated as the company significantly enlarged. the period during the season is very tough due a lot of operational work to do.

      Very informative and a very inviting work atmosphere to be in. Those who work there have a clear passion for what they do.

      Cons

      The hours during the summer months can be unpredictable and there is little structure during these months regarding scheduling. The work environment can also be quite taxing on your body.
