      Great industry and products to serve the customer Dedicated and knowledge staff Good profitability Long term business drivers are solid

      Cons

      Fear culture developing Weak regional leadership, some have admitted are looking out for their own job rather than doing the right thing Short term view being taken leaving people over worked and demotivated

      Excellent experience - good for the long term?

      Pros

      Campus style workplace with many building undergoing refurbs, good oppurtunities to collaborate internally and externally, challenging science, flexitime allows a good work/life balance, people genuine and helpful.

      Cons

      Compensation is poor compared to pharma and the local area prices are expensive. Politics can often over rule good science.

      Chaotic strategy and merger with ChemChina. Downsizing as the basic business strategy of last 4 yrs. Growing profitability based on less people. Toxic work environment.
