      Pros

      People care. Work life is emphasized as an important value. The longevity of the people who work there provide both stability and a testament to the environment. Global mobility is highly encouraged as you progress in the organization.

      Cons

      A bit of a slower pace as a Swiss-based company. Processes a bit thick to navigate.

      Pros

      The benefits are excellent. There are job opportunities IF you are able to relocate in most instances. Large emphasis on giving back and helping out local communities.

      Cons

      Some operating systems are either outdated, or extremely hard to get enhancements and/or fixes implemented. Successful management training skills are lacking.
