      Good work-life balance. There is a strong company culture of thinking like a grower and feeding the world. Cross boundaries work are strong.

      Cons

      Very little opportunities to grow. Attention given on creating your network inside of the company instead of job performance.

      Pros

      A wonderful, dedicated, and professional group of people to work with. The management values and promotes employees who demonstrate commitment and solid performance. After starting at the bottom of the totem pole, as expected, I was able to work my way up to higher status, pay, and great additional benefits.

      Starting at minimum wage, although the management was very punctual and professional with raises

      God worklife balance and benefits although pay is not great, great corporate culture and values. Make you feels like you're really making a difference with your work.

      Cons

      Not the best professionals around, Syngenta is a slow and conservative company. If you are looking for fast track learning to build your profile you should probably look elsewhere.
