      Pros

      I like the environment of the workstation. Green and confortable. People are nice and they work as a team.

      Cons

      The hiearchy of the management is not clear and somehow overlapping. So a better management sturcture is needed.

      Great purpose and mission. Global company with clear local impact. In the unique position of being an Agriculture major player in both chemistry and seeds. Wonderful corporate culture - very supportive. Very innovation driven.

      Matrix management can be a challenge for some people. You may report to a boss not at your local site.
