      Pros

      Hands down, the best reason to work at Syngenta is the people. The 2nd best reason is the sector and the ambition of the company to address the growing issue of feeding the planet.

      Cons

      Lots to do - sometimes not the most amount of prioritization coming from upper mgmt. Always adding new things but not taking away the old things.

      1. it does it all type of work, like small scale, large scale (kilo lab) and development new agrochemicals and also does biological testing of the compounds. 2. paid good salary to the employee.

      Cons

      1. Limited only in agrochemicals. It would be great if it has other other brunches for doing research in pharma.

      They offer wonderful benefits: on-site clinic, gym, cafe, health benefits (domestic partner benefits as well), vision, dental, legal, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, annual bonuses and wage increases.

      Cons

      At times there is a lack of communication.
