      Pros

      The pay was nice in the beginning. Most people were nice to work with. Learned something new everyday. Nice that this company has a lot of company events.

      Cons

      Management did not do their job in order to show employees the respect they deserve. I felt that due to seniority some individuals pretty much ran the show, even though they were not in a MANAGEMENT position. After receiving a raise management change job descriptions that entailed way more work than the pay was worth. Office cliques are unacceptable to me but were very alive at Sygenta.

      Great plant atmosphere, lots of projects to work on, great people to work with, pay is fair, very small company

      Cons

      not enough engineers, plant is very old, lots of projects to work on with few capital, plant equipment is constantly being repaired
