Some very poor managers and behaviour which doesn’t get addressed. Very unclear terms for promotion, lack of clarity about work levels. Slow decision making and a lot of bureaucracy

There appears to be limited flexibility from the local management. Although global guidelines are in place across departments, local leadership often overrides these directives in favor of their own approach, rather than adhering consistently to the global standards
