      Science-led workplace but little independence

      Pros

      The culture at the workplace really celebrates science, so if you come from an academic background there is a lot to like here.

      Cons

      I was only here for a short period, but found that projects were controlled largely from the top and you could be shifted to new work or have big changes to your team without much thought seemingly put in. Also had difficult experiences with management personally there were not always resolved well.
