Cons
- Poor management - HR and management often come across as inconsistent and unprofessional. - No proper reviewing system. - All the capable people have left the organisation. - Lack of basic amenities: Despite pushing everyone to come into the office, they do not provide employee parking. - Skewed Glassdoor ratings: Take the overall score here with a grain of salt. There is a dedicated team, along with Upper Management, actively pushing and encouraging employees to leave good reviews to artificially inflate the company's rating. Even with fake accounts.
