Pros
Engineering teams are capable, collaborative, and take strong ownership of their projects. There is good exposure to modern technologies and large-scale systems, which keeps the work technically interesting. The teams are great to work with and colleagues are generally supportive. Another positive aspect is the open culture—people are encouraged to speak up and share ideas or suggestions in team meetings or one-on-ones with managers.
Cons
Sometimes requirements change frequently, which can create additional pressure on delivery timelines. Work-from-home opportunities are also somewhat limited compared to many other tech companies.
