      Pros

      Pay is better than most of the MnC. Not very much high like FAANG though.

      Cons

      Toxic managers. Unrealistic deadlines of tasks decided by managers. If you argue then get speech on slowness. Micromanagement. Normalized late night working. Less leaves and casual leaves lapse every year if not spent.

      Toxic environment job Insecurity Shift timing Managers are not responsible for anything. All day your have to wear headphone otherwise your manager will scare you with advise.

      Little to no job security and work-life balance

      Good for starters Corporate office is beautiful Free lunch Some of the teams have good culture

      Cons

      Though there have been a lot of changes recently, the company still needs to do better in terms of employee policies and benefits. Some of the teams have very bad culture. Lot of politics. Hypocrite HR leaders. No worklife balance.
