      Toxic Work Culture , Bad Learning Curve

      - Flexible timings - Free lunch - New joining staff is tallented

      Cons

      - Management has been extremely toxic even for freshers - VP's are very rude and have zero manners on how to treat employees taking full advantage of their position - very few growth opportunities

      Chill working environment, which is a pro and a con

      Pros

      Apart from a few times, it is mostly a chill working environment. People come at a reasonable time and also leave at a reasonable time.

      Cons

      Since it is so chill, there isn't really any stimulating work either. It's mostly very routine dev work with little brain power required most days
