Never ending list of cons. Most of the senior guys are pathetic at their work and because they cant do their work properly , they make the life of juniors miserable. The company lacks a good corporate culture. Fixed 9 hours shift even in the year 2020 for a software engineering job pretty much explains the mindset of leadership. Management is poor, actually extremely poor. Sometimes the language used in this office will make you feel like you work for some roadside tea shop ! and thats fine with the management and HR. even if you try to complain about it, they dont see any issue in this. Some people are just blindly continuing to work here. Advise to them : Please look out for better opportunities. tek travels gives you the worst possible experience of IT industry. Please dont be fooled with such negativity . Life is better outside.

No training programs at all so there is no learning. you have to learn everything by your own. Now a days politics is also a problem. HR policies are not good and not transparent. They set KRAs but they are useless, they never stick with KRAs.
