      Very bias towards Male employees; quick to write off a white experienced male managers. Young inexperienced female general manager lets personal FEELING dictate her management style

      Lots of slow nights any time that isn't holiday season, tons of other friendly coworkers and monthly credit competitions

      Cons

      Pushed hard and singled out to sell credit, short breaks, high amount of cleaning constantly needed on sales floor, random and one-of-a-kind items make merchandising/stocking difficult
