      Pros

      Flexible schedule and was willing to work with my college class schedule or really weekly schedule changes

      Cons

      Just working customer service in general sucked, most people who worked there were pretty cool. The only other thing is i felt like they wanted me to move faster than I can go typically, so that was frustrating as well.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Seldom chance of overtime. Able to buy unique products at subsidized prices.

      Cons

      Nepotism. No work-life balance. Too much work overload. Not a great culture. Lots of unfair practices by DM and SM. Promotion is only as per who you know and your relation. Management wants to sweep all problems under the rug rather than address and hold the culprits responsible.
