Pros

Nice coworkers & cute clothes...... that’s about it.

Cons

10% discount, 20% rarely Pay is too low for work asked to do. Scheduling is trash, always understaffed so everyone is always running around in a frenzy doing other people’s jobs. A monkey could run this store better. Managers are rude for no reason and never fail to give attitude. They want you to give them a 2 week-month notice for a vacation day off but they will still schedule you. Training is poor. They don’t train you properly then get mad at you when you don’t know. They will make you sign a book for every error you make even though they failed to even fully train you. The communication in the store is pathetic, frequently changing everything and failing to notify employees. Communication is done through a headset but when you talk and need help everyone ignores you. You will get talked to for every little thing you do multiple times a day. Even the best worker. It gets busy and they will leave you as a cashier alone and then get mad when you didn’t have time to put all your returned clothes away after each transaction. Oh give me a break. Humans are not robots. Schedule more people or stop being so unrealistic. Don’t get me started on the pressure to get people to sign up for credit card....

Pros

Great place to work if you like fashion. Received a 10% discount and sometimes 20% for special events or holidays.

Cons

Super cliquey. Management picked favorites and definitely never allowed the opportunity to work all departments like promised when I was hired. Instead they stuck me in one department and decided to train me on cash register DURING MY LAST SHIFT. Very rude co workers and gave me a hassle over some time I requested off in order to balance two jobs.

Pros

They used to be kind and understanding when I started, but that ends quickly

Cons

They’re vary manipulative. The managers are extremely rude and makes associates feel unwelcome and unwanted. They act like it’s a safe place, but it’s not. The badger their associates to get credits cards everyday, and when we don’t, we get threats about how our hours are going to be cut and how we will get write ups. You can’t force someone to get a credit card when they keep saying no, it doesn’t work that way. If you manage to scheme a soul into signing up for the credit, they say, “good job, get 2 more!” It is absolutely ridiculous. Recently they started giving associates one day a week, or none at all. And today they called associates to their office to yell at them about their credit card performance. A few people left crying. That’s not a safe environment, and I’m happy I’m quitting
