-layaway are is highly unsafe!!!' -management differs in decisions -often not enough help -employees need to be more cross-trained

very diverse, the work life and personal life can be balanced well, keeps things interesting by decorating based on events or month

Cons

a little lazy getting products out and on the floor, a little bit of favoritism among certain employees, some employees are disorganized, only certain people who comes on are trained in multiple departments
