After 1 year of dedicated service, I have only received a 25 cent raise and a few compliments.

As far as part time work, the short shifts pass quickly.

Parttime associates are not invited to become fulltime associates.

Pros

Great diversity, potential room for growth, management has great communications skills and are very flexible with staff. So far I have not complaints and would recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

The downsides are the hours, of course working in the retail industry one has no control over that. But overall I must say that i"m pleased so far and would definitely recommend working here.

good team allow for requested time off without a fuss decent managers pretty good pay lots of unique merchandise to look at

Cons

No chance to move up in status not enough hours wont schedule you the hours you are available hateful customers thieves galore
