Pros

I enjoyed some of my coworkers but that's about it

Cons

I worked as a department coordinator for over just 4 years. When I transferred to the South Philadelphia location, it was just opening (new store location) and I was the highest trained associate in the store below an assistant manager. I could cover any shift on the floor or back room and did cash office. My manager would have me come in hours ahead of my scheduled shift and stay late all the time because we were always so behind on work and when I did projects in my department (or helped in other departments) her feedback was never positive, she was constantly abusive towards me and other employees and even talked down to her assist managers. I eventually had to leave for another job because I couldn't work for that store manager anymore, especially with the way TJMAXX likes to understaff and overwork their employees

Pros

There are none. Even the employee discount sucks.

Cons

They allow staff to sexually assault and harass other people that work for them. Also allow the offender to violate restraining orders due to their favoritism.
