      good job for a college student

      Pros

      - flexible schedules - flexible availabilities (you can change your availability with no questions asked_ - great part time job for a college student - great pay for a part time college student all of the above definitely depends on the managers! our managers are extremely great. we're mainly college students.

      Cons

      only con about my location is that there is no store parking lot, so we are forced to park in residential areas, which is about a 20 minute walk. I have gotten used to it, so it's not a big deal to me anymore, i actually like the walk - i can stop by for an iced latte!

      Great Store, Needs More Positivity In the Workplace

      Pros

      All of the coworkers make you feel like you're family, and *some* of the managers treat you like one of their own. Customers are always friendly and understanding Great rewards to employees for doing their job (signing up customers for the in-store credit-card, getting compliments on customer reviews, handing a cart to customers, and just going the distance for everyone).

      Cons

      10% off isn't that much, and an occasional 20% off on certain weekends (maybe 2 or 3 out of the year). 50%-70% of the employees are all under 21 years old. We had a lot of employees call out/no show several times for immature reasons (going to the mall, hanging out with friends, etc) and would lie to management. They wanted the money, but did not want to work for it.
