      Pros

      Good diversit, great people to work for/with, diverse, good environment and really cares about employees.

      Cons

      The strategy is not passed on through the hierarchical structure. Lots of employees don't understand the company goals/metrics internally.

      Great company, excelent instruments. I have a lot of experience in sales and product managment and for this reason I am looking for a good company with great team! -Product Manager, introducing brands Estrangings in Brazil as well as developing sales, developing competitive strategies, competition analysis, product positioning and market evolution and negotiation with manufacturers. Leader of 3 direct employees; -Sales Manager, training and development of commercial teams, strategies, opening and monitoring of projects, negotiation and closing. Leader of 8 direct employees; -Technical Application Manager, responsible for pre-sales and after sales. Leader of 5 direct employees -Technician in Electronics and Service Manager, performing corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration in electronic measuring instruments and sales of services; -SEBRAE Consultant for Small Entrepreneurs, Official Speaker for Network Marketing and Direct Sales

      Cons

      Unfortunately the salary is not good and we have many opportunities to improviment the sales systems for management but is not possible, people are old mind.
