      Pros

      The people that work there, and the environment they create independent from cultures and values preached by the company, which are absolutely only theoretical.

      Cons

      The company does not know how to treat and value its employees, there is no perspective once you get to work there and even after accomplishing amazing things. They have a enormous problem of mismanagement of people especially, but also of products and projects. High rotation among the staff is also a critic problem.

      A lot of jobs, constantly growing company.

      Cons

      Framework exceeded, a lot of prommers doen't work with a tecnology recognized and used by the market, fortunately I work in a tecnical area more then most.
