      Great customer community. Great benefits from Salesforce.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership after the acquisition doesn’t understand the tableau business. Tableau business is being diluted in the salesforce 360 positioning. Increased office politics. Everything is about numbers. Tableau lost the magic it had before the aquisition.

      Pros

      Tableau used to offer excellent Support until the SF takeover. Training was excellent and knowledge resources were abundant. Great eclectic team to work with of the smartest people.

      Cons

      Since the SF takeover support engineers have been asked to do more and more with less and less. Nobody can keep up with increased expectations, and pay has stagnated. Experienced techs are leaving and not being replaced, or being replaced in Hyderabad. Former paths for advancement seem to have been cut off.
