      Pros

      Loved the product and the people are great. Good benefits and average pay

      Cons

      The acquisition from SF has ripped out the heart and soul of Tableau which made it great. Not integrating well and pretty much all Tableau exec are gone. Not integrating well at a sales level and SF is a SAAS product but Tableau mainly isn't and they don't see. To understand that on-prem is different. Lots of attrition with great people leaving because for some bizarre reason they don't use RSUs to keep people. So you will find that a lot of people leave after 3 to 4 years.

      Great product, smart coworkers, leader in the industry

      Cons

      Was acquired and processes changed, the company lost its culture which was somewhat expected but still a bit disappointing. Resulted in less of a focus on the product and helping customers, more of a focus on growth and increasing earnings
