Pros

Free food during break, lots of hours, easy job to learn, drive thru is a blast, managers were fun, so much delicious hot sauce everywhere! I was fired twice for cost cutting measures and was re-hired because I didn't need to be trained. Best company, ever! I'd work there again if I could take the financial cut. But I have bills, so it will sadly never work out between us again.

Cons

Grease burns, grease fires, hot water burns, you go home smelling horribly, never ending dishes, thin garbage bags, customers can never seem to deposit bodily fluids/waste in the toilet (who poops on the wall?!), being on fryer duty is torture (cleaning that beast is terrifyingly gross), the cleaning sanitizer seems to melt skin on contact, they promote you without extra pay or a new title but give you all of the responsibilities.

Pros

Decent pay for Assistant Management. Should fall between 27,000-34,000 annually. Training is somewhat neglected, and instead you feel like a regular worker while training. In the end, the company will find a way to complete your training for Assistant Manager and you will be moved to your store. Entire training process takes about 6 weeks.

Cons

There are many people who are not happy with their career, so just smile a lot and stay positive.

Pros

Work-life balance is important to the company, the culture is one of a kind. Some very caring people that work for the company.

Cons

Advancement is seldom available and opportunities that are becoming available are not communicated to current employees unless you research yourself and even then they may not be accurate openings.
