Pros

Nice office environment, Gym, Night shift

Cons

IT Service Desk was outsourced and 150+ employees lost their jobs. CFO made a failed decision to do so losing quality troubleshooting at their service desk. Good luck trying to order food at Tacobell when all of their registers are down.

Pros

Tried to create a fun culture.

Cons

Constant reorganization. Corporate Leaders have no clear direction or vision. All decisions made are trial and error. No stability and lots of young egos.

Pros

Work life balance is available during slow seasons. Understanding of personal situations. Lots of opportunities for drinking and partying if you like the atmosphere.

Cons

Very cut throat company culture behind peoples' back. An employee has to play deceitful politics to attempt to get ahead and there is still no clear path towards advancement. Very arbitrary who gets an opportunity for advancement. HR is worthless and unhelpful at employee improvement.
