      Great place to start a career

      Pros

      Flexible hours , work hard and its easy to be promoted. Pay is pretty good compared to other fast food restaurants. I started as a team member and in 6 years I worked hard and now I'm a general manager. So work your way up shift leader to assistant manager to GM and then District Manager

      Cons

      Sometimes its stressful if people call out and your short staffed for a day. Also its impossible to please some customers mo matter how hard you try.

      -Culture of food -Wear jeans everyday to work -Onsite Daycare/Spa/Gym/Car Wash -Summer hours give employees the chance to leave at 1 pm on Fridays in the summer -Big Name Brand to work for

      Cons

      -Constant stream of upper managers from different industries are being recruited into Taco Bell .Taco Bell should aggressively develop their analysts and associates within to maintain the fun Taco Bell culture -Management is neurotic and never remembers their past mistakes -The culture of promoting has started to become more cut throat. To move up you need to not be afraid to bruise people on your way to management. -Only some departments get to be creative and have fun. Management should structure the organization to leverage EVERYONE's creative energy.
