Cons

Pay is intentionally hidden until you are hired. They paid me, as a manager, $12/hr and we would have to fight for a raise. Corporate purposefully kept us short staffed to make more money. We never had enough people. They made regular employees pay out of pocket for food with a 50% discount. Only managers got free meals. They do not understand work-life balance.

Cons

we were often understaffed which was fine because it rarely got insane but it did make it difficult.
