Pros

Friendly staff and customers. You get to meet new people everyday and socialize with them. The team gets really excited when working hard towards our daily goals.

Cons

The above management does not take the time to look at where the store is struggling and where it needs immidiate help. I am a assistant and my word only goes so far. The turnover rate is out of control.

Stressful and dreadful

Pros

The free food was nice, but I know not every Taco Bell gives free food. It was easy to get hired in.

Cons

Management changed a lot. It was a stressful job. I would never suggest anyone work at Taco Bell. The entire store was highly unorganized. There was never enough people working, so I would always have to stay a couple hours past my shift. There was very little reward for the hard work involved. Not worth it.

Pros

Fast paced environment but the works not too difficult. Customers that frequent Taco Bell are usually amazing to deal with.

Cons

Their refund or replace policy gets abused and I really hate replacing orders that I know never existed.
