      Great place to gain management experience Good bonus structure: easy to make $1000 per quarter Eat all the tacos you want! :)

      Cons

      Limited freedom: in hours, marketing, promotions Over structured No room for advancement after RGM level Awful Benefits Lack of training and support Corporate is very out of touch with restaurant level management and not receptive to any ideas Low pay for responsibility and hours worked (50 to 60 hours per week)
