      Lack of Support and Loyalty

      Pros

      Free food was great, staff was great.

      Cons

      No quality of life if you are in a 24hour store. Poured myself into a troubled store, sinking a lot of my time and heart into it to turn it around and ended up getting let go for not being able to reach their unattainable goals. Could not keep assistant managers and shift supervisors between necessary terminations and lack of talent. So you end up running a 7-8 manager store with 4-5, which in a 24hr store is almost impossible.

      Pros

      1. Full time, lots of hours for all management positions. 2. Lots of training for non management. 3. 50% off on food purchases during breaks.

      Cons

      1. No respect from upper management. 2. Expected to work off the clock and keep quiet about it. 3. Rewarded for cheating menu sales reporting. 4. DO very disrespectful of all employees and management at store level. 5. Very poor bonus program, and poor compensation for above store positions.

      Hard Work, Low Pay

      Pros

      Not too many pros. They're generally flexible in their scheduling. Good place to work if you want a second job or are a student..

      Cons

      They're always understaffed. While working there, I'd have to handle the drive thru window by myself while doing dishes and prepping the lines. Most time, the managers were in the back office stuffing their faces or 'working'.
