Pros

other employees made the work environment a little better to deal with. If it wasn't for the other employees moral there would have been no dealing with that job at all.

Cons

the management made the job horrific everything was the other employees fault and they did not want to deal with the customers and their problems

Pros

Good Benifits, great employees, great customers, good food.

Cons

Upper management (above store manager) has no respect for people, doesn't care except making themselves look good. Very unprofessional, demands more than 50 hrs work week with no extra pay, there is no work life balance even though they preach it, people are over stressed and over worked. Managers put up with a lot of negative feedbacks just to keep their jobs. Don't work for this company, unless you don't mind being treated like a slave!
