Bad Training, Lot of untrained accountability

Pros

Could be a good job for part-time. Could lead to a good experience for the customer service focus. Good for students.

Cons

Very stressful. Simply reason being the product confusions. Customers lot of the time either assume what goes in what or they don't realize what is in it. So a lot of confusions. Also wages are very low so hard to find good people to work for.

Pros

Good management makes all the difference. Good customer service and hard work is awarded. Fast paced if you are into that kind of thing.

Cons

I personally was not into the fast paced environment, and upper level management gives you the bare minimum for what you do. It's good for a student, but really doesn't pay well enough until you get to senior level management.

Just because it's a pay check, other then that no benefits and they even took our employee meals away

Cons

EVERYTHING!!!!!! The mangers are rude, they don't care about personal problems, i had to miss my uncles funeral just because no one would cover my shift.
