Sometimes other co-workers are easy to work with and having experiences with new people.

Cons

Terrible management all around, schedueles are wonky at best, they definately choose favorites and you will know it. Managers use vulgar language constantly and blame all shortcomings on staff. Most of the teenagers carry themselves with more dignity and class than the adults do ( a select few are pretty okay)
