Pros

Dedicated HR team, legal team and back-end organizational structure. Different types of IPs and studios, AAA games to work on.

Cons

Be careful of the stocks in lieu of raise, especially if there is a must work X amount of time to receive. There's always a risk of downsizing, merging, closing of divisions after a game completes.

Family oriented Flexible hours Challenging work Overall I’ve loved my time here so far and feel supported from my team. I get to work with multiple lines of business which helps keep it interesting Our CEO listens and cares. He’s great

Cons

I wish there were a bit better health insurance, but it’s been just ok If you want to grow, you’ll probably have to stay in your role for a couple years of transfer to a new department / label
