Pros

Pay is not below average, best I can say. Some nice benefits such as fitness stipend.

Cons

* Extremely corporate - doesn't matter that it's a video game company, the culture and environment is incredibly "corporate" with all the accompanying downsides. * Politics - power games being played with dishonest characters. * Long hours * Relatively high turnover, particularly for lower level positions. * Not a generally good environment, feels very hostible.

Pros

T2 has Strong leadership, outstanding and exciting products combined with a successful & clear vision. If you care about the company and it's labels you feel like you are part of it's success. T2 also makes an effort to bring the employees together with regular social programs which is great.

Cons

At points it could be said that there is a lot expected of you, but this is standard these days for excellent companies with a strong workforce. If you want to work for a great company, you should be great too.
