      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Millennium are the people and the flexibility in work arrangements. The benefits are good and it's a very family oriented company. Many people take advantage of the flexible work arrangements (part time work or job sharing) to give them more time with their families. Millennium also is flexible when it comes to working at home so that you can care for a sick family member. There are also several child care benefits to find emergency daycare as needed. Millennium offers saving for college planning programs, and other benefits as well.

      Cons

      A lack of interaction between departments and business units can cause it to feel like you're working for a smaller and separate company. This is both good and bad. Salaries, while good, need to stay competitive with the surrounding businesses. This is an on-going problem in Cambridge for all companies. It can be hard to hire competitively.
