      (+) There is a clear path to long-term sustainability and growth (+) Experienced Management Team, recent high-profile hires and additions to team (+) High spirit of collaboration (+) Employees are aligned with Company's direction, exciting roadmap ahead (+) Great benefits and flexibility

      None that I can think of. A growing company will always evolve quickly and adjustments have to be make

      Pros

      -Tapad has gone through it's fair share of ups and downs. Most recently, shifting focus from media to data. This was an incredibly challenging transformation to go through, but it was the right strategic decision and the company is in a better place for it. There is a path to long term sustainability. -There has been a heavy focus on positive progress towards solidifying the vision, mission, culture and company values. -Tapad employees are smart, motivated and all around great people to work with. There is a strong sense of collaboration and support.

      -Not necessarily specific to Tapad, but Industry as a whole is challenging right now

      Great company, not afraid to make hard decision and evolve ahead of curve

      - Strong leadership function from top down and bottom up - Building revised culture to empower decision making at all levels - Business is growing 25-75% quarter of quarter

      Cons

      - Old wave of Tapad employees are out, leaving some gaps in core IP and knowledge - Relationship to parent company is at arms length, which leaves room for employees to question if they are on the Tapad mission only or Telenor mission
