      Lack of clear direction with dishonest management

      Pros

      Good core technology - Cross Device Solution is still good. Nice and supportive colleagues - Among non-management everyone is very supportive and there are many nice people who have good personalities as well.

      Cons

      Dishonest (and rude sometimes) attitudes of management CEO with lack of ad tech industry, business experience in large and advanced markets - it seems our business environment might be too much and too complex for him to handle...so clear directions and actual solutions never deliver now, causing biz opportunities Wrong product strategy with lack of market research

      People care about their work.

      Cons

      After the acquisition you can already see big company integration happening. An example of this is several Telenor employees coming into NYC to be with Tapad on a permanent level. The bigger challenges now is how Tapad will split the Data and Media business. With the re branding of Tapad into 2 divisions its only a matter of time when it becomes a complete split of the two.
