      Pros

      Smart people across all business units, engineering center of excellence second to none and lead by some of the most dynamic industry vets, incredible culture, benefits are fantastic

      Cons

      Communication could use improvement but that is being addressed in regular town halls as of late which will continue to mitigate any uncertainty for company and its future

      Pros

      Love the teamwork - everyone really tries to help each other and it's very supportive Great culture overall - people are awesome, lots of happy hours, snacks, lunches etc Benefits - 401k matching, free healthcare options, maternity leave is great.

      Cons

      There is sometimes not enough direction or feedback. Roles are not always clearly defined. Occasional mixed messaging from management.
