Pros

Love the teamwork - everyone really tries to help each other and it's very supportive Great culture overall - people are awesome, lots of happy hours, snacks, lunches etc Benefits - 401k matching, free healthcare options, maternity leave is great

Cons

There is sometimes not enough direction or feedback. Roles are not always clearly defined. Occasional mixed messaging from management.

People care about their work.

Cons

After the acquisition you can already see big company integration happening. An example of this is several Telenor employees coming into NYC to be with Tapad on a permanent level. The bigger challenges now is how Tapad will split the Data and Media business. With the re branding of Tapad into 2 divisions its only a matter of time when it becomes a complete split of the two.
