Pros

Great brand equity and core tech. Respect and autonomy for self-starters. Very smart team. Supportive culture among non-management. Benefits are incredible.

Cons

Post-acquisition installation of an inexperienced, non-AdTech CEO shows in lack of material direction. Relies on gimmicks instead of content for leadership. Little innovation past core tech due to lack of vision and resourcing. Company is not focusing on high growth anymore and is instead spending resources on Telenor projects that are very disorganized. Extreme attrition, especially among most knowledgeable staff. The uncertainty of Tapad's future errodes the culture.

Pros

Fun culture, very laid back, smart people, good pay, great perks (healthcare, free breakfast and lunch twice a week), lots of freedom

Cons

Holding company dragged feet on defining vision, bad communication with employees, real tech, but poor product innovation and go to market.

There are no pros. The company is awful.

Cons

Poor performance. Non-renewals. Disorganized internally. Account Managers under deliver and awful performance. Too many young entitled managers who have no clue.
