      Back on track, with a very positive outlook

      Pros

      -Tapad has gone through it's fair share of ups and downs. Most recently, shifting focus from media to data. This was an incredibly challenging transformation to go through, but it was the right strategic decision and the company is in a better place for it. There is a path to long term sustainability. -There has been a heavy focus on positive progress towards solidifying the vision, mission, culture and company values. -Tapad employees are smart, motivated and all around great people to work with. There is a strong sense of collaboration and support.

      -Not necessarily specific to Tapad, but Industry as a whole is challenging right now

      You could never feel like you had a long term career working at Tapad, layoffs occur frequently.

To clarify, in February our talented media services team joined Brand Networks, our strategic media partner, to accelerate the company’s entry into programmatic display campaigns while focusing Tapad on what we do best - technology. While this did mean media services employees moved to a new company, all were offered positions at Brand Networks. With a clarified mission, vision, and strategy, we are now laser focused to deliver the best data and personalization products to our valued customers globally. We are actively hiring across all departments and welcome the opportunity to meet new candidates.

      Pros

      A lot of free food floating around a lot of nice people.

      Cons

      Unlimited paid time off is easy to abuse combined with extended maternity/paternity leaves everyone taking odds IF given employee is coming back. Staff levels in product/tech/admin are far below needed across the board
