Pros
1. Lots of opportunity to learn. 2. Compensation is ok if u get 4-5 rating. 3. Critical work is highly recognised,but hard work is not recognised. 4. Culture and ethis. 5. Friendly people 6. Lot of growth prospect for really sound tech people as managers are worthless.
Cons
1. Promotion policy not fair. 2. Good resources not easily been released from project and cannot selcet preferred career path. 3. Managers are not atall technically sound , thus project estimation is poor. 4. Hardworking people are not recognised, you can only be recognised if u perform techinically critical job which cannot be performed by others. 5. Raitng System!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Biggest flaw...... 6. Worthless seniors, people stop doing technical job after 5-6 years and manage document. 7. Senior people are getting higher rating even they are not a good performer.
