1. No Work-life balance 2. Non-achievable gaols and productivity guidelines which leads you to stretch yourself to extend working hours every day, still you will face consequences. 3. No training has been encouraged. you have to learn urself by digging everything. 4. There are no Team leaders here, but bosses are.

Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

The company seems to do a big re-org every 6 months, so there is never a feeling of job security. The executives spend a lot of time promoting each other into better jobs, but does very little to reward or retain good employees. The IT services are THE WORST I have ever seen. Nothing that they make available seems to work, and it can take weeks just to get a response. This company is all about the management taking care of themselves, rather than the rest of the employees or even the customers for that matter.
